Disneyland...

The kids have been begging for over a year for us to take them to disneyland. We finally made it happen and it was perfect. Our first official family trip since we've had kids- besides the trips to visit family for holidays. My best friend Chelsea and her sister met us there for a couple of the days! The weather couldn't have been better and it wasn't overly crowded which is a must for me. We spent three full days at the park and I think we all had perma grins the entire time, minus the couple of tantrums thrown. I'd say it was a success. I already want to go back! I love disneyland. The kids favorite ride of all was splash mountain which we rode atleast 10 times. Ava's other favorites were getting her face painted and the tower of terror, and we did wait in line for an hour to meet Rapunzel. Ava's one request. Drake got to be a part of the jedi training, but all he really wanted to do was ride splash mountain! Callie was a trooper and spent most of the time sitting in her stoller eating snacks to keep her happy. She is obsessed with Mickey Mouse. I think didn't know what to do when she met him and Minnie. She'd just stare and point! But any ride she could go on she loved! I just loved seeing how excited they were!
